Ok. Uploaded In.Dev of my remake though it wasn't submitted to the Retro Remakes contest. Is explained why in the In.Dev page.
I took it pretty bad, because I really had worked my ass off on this project and it meant a lot to me to get it within the deadline. And most of it is there, all four levels are done, various graphics I didn't think I could get done are done. I've just come back from a weekend in Nottingham, luckily had an old college friend who was passing through Cambridge where I live and drove me up there for a break. Got to hang out with her friends and some other of my college friends from way back. Was cool. I still feel a bit crap but was nice to see them all again.
Anyways game will be completed during the year even if it can't win anything.

Nice graphics! That has always been one of your strong points I think.

yessir, it truly does look gorgeous so far.
glad to hear that you and the team are going to bring it to completion.
can't wait to get my hands on a working rev to see how it plays. the concept leads me to believe that it will be quite fun.

Ok.. I tried to quote reply and I ended up modifying the entire message which I didn't even know I could do... Do we have that kind of power in our own blogs then?
Anyways thanks about the pic BBaller. It's a small part of the titlescreen image drawn by Schu.

No problem, I just checked one of my blog topics, and it seems that yeah, we can edit all the replies... pretty cool.

The game looks fantastic. Pixels by the green arrow, effects by the ninzha and music by mug. With that team, it's going to be tough to come up with something better artistically.

If I were in charge, I'd use Corporal Clegg as one of the character's name. It'd be my personal tribute to Syd Barrett (founder of Pink Floyd from Cambridge, who passed away July 7th). Corporal Glegg is a P.F. song by Roger Waters and the guitare is played by David Guilmore (both grew up in Cambridge).

This looks supurb man, if I was in charge of the remake contest, I'd totally push the deadline just so you could finish, this game will rock even if you can't make.
