bah, looks like the issue is ever-persistent.
i guess i'm going to have to give in and re-tile a few of my gust buster rooms to manually compensate for those gaps. oh well - won't take too long and i can save it until beta.

19in HANNS-G HX191D LCD with 5ms refresh rate and 700:1 contrast ratio
Same one my other one was on. Tho, now that I got a very nice GPU, I might consider getting another for dual screen ;)

Man, with a machine like that... you need a faster refresh rate and larger monitor, hehe.
I've actually got a pretty similar setup to you, but with the 8800 that has 384mb, and a Pentium dual core. And a larger screen, hehe. :D
