I played this game for 5 hours straight and nearly beat the thing in one sitting (13 out of the 16 levels). It's a combination of strategy and puzzle. Here's a short description from the creator:

"The objective is simple: maneuver the hurricane using your mouse to guide pollution into cleaning centers. If a cloud gets into a high-pressure wind zone, it's dispersed and added to the total global warming percentage. Reach 100%, and it's goodbye world. Despite the simple premise, it is literally the hardest game I've ever created."

He's right. This game is HARD. The thing is, whenever you lose, you don't blame the game. You realize it's something you could have done differently, so you try again.
