Now I ain't one to write much in this here blog thing but I just felt I should answer a couple of e-mails I had regarding my 'AMC' project.  Basically I'm rethinking the whole game.  As it was seemed just a tad too...ordinary.  I sat down the other day when I got back from the gym and as I lay there relaxing to some Led Zep, I sorta sank into a half sleep sorta thing and it seemed to open up my imagination a tad more than the usual.  Point being I got inspired while in my lil dreamstate there and got some better ideas of how I want this game playing and looking.  It'll still be a 2 player platform shooter with the classic old style 8 way direction shooting (sorry to all you mouse aiming freeeeaks...  actually I ain't sorry even one tiny lil bit.  Just shut the hell up), right but it's gonna be a bit... I dunno.  Different.  Muchos chunky blasting action to be had with a few new ideas.  Gonna open it up to the whole of this here Eo group and see what they reckon would be good too.  I've got a design in my head of how I want the main characters armor to look and I'm gonna experiment with sketches and animation tests.  Might come up with a totally different name since it ain't a remake anymore (though will still pay homage to the platform shooters which have done a damn fine job of entertaining me in the last twenty or so years.  Got a couple of other projects on the go too.

I don't just idle in this here community.  It might look like I do, but I don't... well maybe I do a lil...

so yeah...

time to drown myself in apple juice...
