So I decided to enter the Retro Remakes Compo 2005.

I'm remaking the Spectrum 'classic' Horace and the Spiders.  I'm really going to try and make this a visual feast.  Horace and the Spiders is a simple game, so I'll be retaining (and hopefully improving) upon the basic gameplay.  Hopefully the combo of simple fun gameplay and fancy graphics will win me a prize!

Would be cool, as the prizes include an XBox360, a PSP and a DS.

Still, even if I don't win anything it'll be fun.    I've never remade a game before, and this is a nice little project - the deadline is in a month as well, so the pressure's on.
