All the way down in the deepest darkest dullest place, and still you rise.

What you are about to see is top secret governmental information. I was given permission to share it with you, free of charge, in exchange for one of my lungs. I now sit here in agony as you look at the following:
His bloodied hand burst through the soil, and from his grave he rose.

WHAT AM I LOOKING AT.
Also, why are these isometric/3d boxes placed on a linear plane in such a fashion that they are standing on their back corners? It looks extremely strange.
The colours + HUD are excellent, as usual though :)

THE RULES
You've got up to 4 players at a time with the option for online multiplayer (This would be great for Reflect Games).
The OBJECTIVE is to eliminate all the other players either by running them over with your CRATES or blowing them up with BOMBS.
Each player starts in their own corner of the level and there's quite a few obstacles between the players, so they have to move around (using the arrow keys) and clear some space before they can even reach the other players.
To do this:
1. Eeach player can push his/her crates over the other players' crates (ex. red player pushes red crate over blue crate).
2. Players cannot push other player's crates (ex. blue player cannot push a red crate), or their own crates over each other (ex. green player cannot push a green crate over another green crate).
3. There are times when a player is forced to blow up his own crates in order to clear some space. This is done by setting a bomb in the vicinity of the crate which they want to blow up (ex. yellow player can blow up a yellow crate with a bomb).
The last player is standing is declared the winner.
Levels are randomly generated so the crates are never in the same position twice.

Yea it looks a bit weird doesn't it. I made an isometric layout with the same boxes and it looks really cool, but all graphics in this mock-up are temporary. If someone were to make this game, they could add an entire theme to it and get rid of the boring old crates all together. But for the purpose of just keeping it simple i added the first crate image i could find.

Levels are randomly generated? Wouldn't that sometimes give certain players an unfair advantage? Or do you just randomly generate a quarter of the room, then rotate that over for all players, so the game room is balanced for all?

Yea it would sometimes give an unfair advantage, but thats part of the fun. Everyone could laugh and point at the guy who's stuck in his corner..
I'm not sure how else to balance it, or if complete balance is even needed.
Generating only a portion of the room is definitely something we could try and see how it plays out if this ever gets developed.

Looks like there is a visually appealing puzzler in the works, I am looking forward to seeing more!
