This weekend I shall be joining some of my colleagues for an "It's A Knockout" charity event.  Basically it will involve lots of running over large inflatable obstacles, wearing bizarre outfits, falling over and getting wet...

Every year, St. David's Foundation provides Hospice care to over 2500 people with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses - so it's a great cause.
