I don't mind a power indicator either and it's not that I mind the very small green light on my PC indicating it's on for instance. What I do dislike is when a device puts a very bright light on it and makes it blink. Somehow my USB hub has a very bright blue light that blinks when my PC is turned off or when certain USB devices are active. My wireless mouse/keyboard receiver blinks when I type or move my mouse. My wireless game controller receiver blinks at a very fast, epileptic rate, when I haven't used it in 5 minutes.
I'd even go as far as to say I'm annoyed that my wireless keyboard does not have a numlock/capslock light in order to save power. The only way I can see that status now is through an icon near my clock.
Note to self: I really need to get a dual monitor system. I've used it once and it really works so much better.
Just wondering, how many people enabled extra equipment just to brag about there amount of lights?
